Terms Governing PalmPass Software, APIs, and Pilot Programs
These terms govern access to PalmPass software interfaces, prototype demonstrators, developer documentation, and pilot evaluations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PalmPass website, developer documentation, APIs, or participating in the PalmPass Pilot Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Service & Deep-Tech Infrastructure
PalmPass provides biometric identity and authentication infrastructure software. PalmPass does not operate a payment network, hold customer or monetary funds, provide banking services, or act as a replacement for institutional databases or enterprise record-keeping software.
3. Prototype and Pilot Evaluation Status
PalmPass is currently an early-stage deep-tech infrastructure project in active prototype and pilot evaluation. Pilot programs and developer APIs are provided for testing, technical validation, and integration benchmarking in controlled organizational environments.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, proprietary algorithms, vector extraction mechanisms, liveness neural architectures, brand marks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of PalmPass and its founder.
5. Acceptable Use and Security Responsibilities
Users and partner organizations agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass liveness detection or security controls implemented within PalmPass hardware or software. All API keys and hardware tokens must be secured using industry-standard operational practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
PalmPass provides early-access prototype software on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis for evaluation purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PalmPass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pilot trials.
